Day by day, social media is becoming increasingly critical to modern business. If your business isn’t active on social media, it should be, and with reliance on social media increasing all the time, it’s really no longer a question of ‘if’ it will become part of your marketing mix – the question is only ‘when’. As the next generation of digital natives more into your target demographic, it’s inevitable that your business will need to develop a social strategy in order to meet your consumers. I believe in social media and that social media is best used for both business and consumer benefit. I don’t over-promise, I don’t set people’s sights on targets they can’t realistically achieve.
